July 30th, 2022 - Four Colorado summer camp teams participated in this year's Rocky Mountain State Games (RMSG) Drone Soccer tournament in Colorado Springs. RMSG is Colorado’s largest multi-sport festival for athletes of all ages and athletic abilities, including those with physical disabilities, visual impairments, and intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD).
1st Place (Gold Medal): Sky-Blazers, our current State Champions from the academic season, also attended The World Games 2022 representing Team Colorado. Congratulations to our All-Stars: Makayla Galler, Alden Mendrey (C), Taylor Mendrey, Joe Miller (C), and Nate McDonough. Alden also won a gold medal in last year’s State Games.
2nd Place (Silver Medal): Colorado Skies Academy “SpaceKittens” led by striker Tyler Coryell.
3rd Place (Bronze Medal): Boys & Girls Club of the Pikes Peak Region led by striker Tiran Charles.
4th Place: Colorado Skies Academy “TopDrone" led by striker Xavi Cornell.
